| The Introductory Gallery provides an overview of Dwight D. Eisenhower's life from his boyhood in Abilene to the end of WWII in 1945. |

The Temporary Gallery exhibits change from time to time and are on varied themes. |
| The Mamie Eisenhower Gallery exhibits Mamie's life, emphasizing her role as First Lady. |

The Military Gallery features documents, photographs and objects which interpret the role of Eisenhower as Supreme Commander and of the men and women who served during World War II. |
| The recently renovated Presidential Gallery details the history of the Eisenhower administration, 1953-1961, and includes many computerized interactive displays and learning centers, along with a 1950s fallout shelter, the Plaza Theater marquee, a 1950s living room, and a replica of Eisenhower's Gettysburg retirement office. |
